RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
EXCHANGE DUE TO WRONG PURCHASE

The customer has the right to exchange the product for an incorrect purchase only if the product has not been used or washed and the labels are still attached to the product.

The customer must contact sales@kanokimonos.com and send the product to be returned, at your own expense, to the location communicated via email.

Shipping of the new product by Kano Kimonos costs 9.90

PRODUCT WITH DEFECTS

The customer has the right to a product exchange for defective goods within 14 days for minor defects, the item must not have been used or washed and the labels must still be attached to the product.

In the event of a tear or breakage not due to normal wear and tear, the customer has 6 months from the date of purchase to make a claim.

In case of defective products, contact sales@kanokimonos.com where instructions will be given in this regard.

The costs of returning and replacing the goods will be borne by Kano Kimonos.

PAYMENT FOR PRODUCT LIST:

For the products in the price list, payment can be made:

– Credit Card (Maximum 200 Euro)

– Bank Transfer (Any amount)

PAYMENT FOR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS:

For the products in the price list, payment can only be made via bank transfer.

total order up to 1000 Euro: 100% in advance

Total order greater than 1000 Euros: 50% advance and 50% before delivery

SHIPPING:

For the products in the price list, shipping takes place the working day following the order.

The shipping cost is 9.90 regardless of the number of items.

Kano Kimonos declines any responsibility for damage or loss on the part of the shipping company, we strongly recommend that you insure your orders.
