Gi Bambini

I gi BJJ Kano per bambini nascono con la stessa cura dei kimono per adulti, ma con una gamma di taglie pensata davvero per chi sta crescendo: dalla M000 alla M5, così ogni bambino trova il kimono della sua taglia, non una taglia da adulto rimpicciolita.

Le linee sono tutte loro: Signature, Monkey, Kaze, JiuZilla e il My First Jiu Jitsu Gi per chi sale sul tatami per la prima volta.

Sono realizzati seguendo le linee guida IBJJF, per accompagnare i giovani atleti dall'allenamento alle prime gare. Trovi i colori classici e le grafiche dei personaggi Kano, gli stessi che i bambini ritrovano su rashguard e patch.

How to choose the size of a children's BJJ gi

Kano children's kimono sizes go from M000 to M5. In the size guide you will find the table with height and weight for each size: it is the simplest way to choose without getting it wrong. If the child is between two sizes, the guide tells you which to prefer.

The Kano lines for children

Every line has its own character. Signature is the classic Kano kimono in the children's version. Monkey and JiuZilla bring the characters of the Kano collections onto the kimono, the same ones as on the rashguards and patches. Kaze is the children's version of the lightweight line. My First Jiu Jitsu Gi is designed for those who are starting out: the first kimono, for the first lessons.

Children's BJJ gi and IBJJF competitions

Kano children's kimonos are made following the IBJJF guidelines. The check, at competition, always takes place on the garment being worn: it is the officials who approve the kimono on the day of the event. That is why no manufacturer can guarantee the outcome of the check in advance; what we can do is make the kimono following the rules, and that is what we do.

From the first training session to the first competitions

A child starting jiu-jitsu needs a kimono in their size and an environment that puts them at ease. A kimono with their favourite character, in the right size, is the best way to begin. When the time for competitions comes, the Kano range accompanies them with the same lines, in sizes that grow with them.
