IBJJF at a glance

The IBJJF (International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation) guidelines allow white, blue and black gis in competition. Checks take place at competitions on the gi being worn, and approval rests with the officials.

How to care for your gi

Wash it at 30°C to make it last, and avoid the tumble dryer, which shrinks the lapels.
