Choosing the right size for kids

Rashguards are meant to fit close. For fight shorts, choose the size in which the waistband pulls slightly, so they stay up on their own; if in doubt between two sizes, take the smaller one. Every measurement is in the Kano size guide.

For competitions, kids' rashguards come in the youth belt colours. They are made following the IBJJF guidelines: the check takes place at the event, on the garment as worn, and approval rests with the officials.
