Who we are

What we collect

  • Order data: name, surname, delivery and billing address, email, telephone, order contents, payment method. We never see or store your full card details: payments are handled by our payment providers.
  • Account data: if you create an account, your login details and your order history.
  • Marketing data: your email address, if you sign up for our newsletter.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser, pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Correspondence: what you write to us by email, through the contact form or through the assistant on the site.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

  • To process and deliver your order, and to handle returns and after-sales: performance of the contract.
  • To comply with accounting, tax and consumer law obligations: legal obligation.
  • To send you promotional emails and newsletters: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and improve what we offer: our legitimate interest.

Who we share it with

We share your data only with those who need it to do their job for us: our shipping carriers, our payment providers, our logistics partner, our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our email marketing platform (Mailchimp), and our accountants. They act on our instructions and are bound to protect your data.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoicing data for the period required by the accounting and tax law that applies to us. Account data is kept for as long as your account is open. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you can complain to the supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (www.dataprotection.gov.cy).

Children

Our site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Virtual assistant
