Shipping
Processing. Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 working day of payment, Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Where we ship, rates and delivery times.
- Italy: €5.90, delivery in 24–48 hours
- European Union (including Cyprus and Malta): €9.90 (Malta €16.90), delivery in 4–5 working days
- United Kingdom: €11.90, delivery in 4–5 working days plus any customs clearance time
- Switzerland and Norway: €16.90, delivery in 4–5 working days plus any customs clearance time
Free shipping on orders of €100 or more to all the destinations above.
Business customers. For business (B2B) accounts, shipping is calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to business accounts.
Other countries. For destinations not listed above, online checkout is not available. Write to info@kanokimonos.com with the items you would like and your country, and we will send you a quote including shipping.
Tracking. Every shipment is tracked. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Customs and duties. Deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway leave the EU customs area, so import duties and taxes may apply. If they can be paid at checkout, you will see them before paying; otherwise they are collected on delivery and are payable by the recipient.
Availability. Delivery times start from the moment the order is dispatched and are indicative. Where an item is temporarily unavailable we will write to you with the expected date and you can choose to wait or to cancel the order.
Delivery address. Please check the address before confirming the order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that fail to arrive because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
