1. Who we are. This site is operated by Kano Co Limited, Karlou & Aimilias Guitmanger 12, Geroskipou Pafos 8201, Cyprus, VAT CY60053482B — "Kano", "we", "us". Contact: info@kanokimonos.com, WhatsApp +357 95 791045.
2. These terms. By browsing this site and by placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them before you buy. We may change them; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it.
3. Who can buy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
4. Products. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are indicative: colours may look different depending on your screen. Sizes follow the size guide published on the site.
5. Prices. Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
6. Your order. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation. We may refuse an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where the price was obviously wrong, or where we suspect fraud — and in that case we refund you in full.
7. Payment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our providers: we never store your full card details.
8. Delivery. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Returns and refunds. Your right of withdrawal and our return policy are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Statutory guarantee. If an item is not as described, or is faulty, you have the rights given to you by European consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
11. Customised items. Items made to your specification, including patched or personalised garments, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
12. Competition garments. Our garments are made following the IBJJF guidelines. Checks take place at competitions, on the garment being worn, and approval rests with the officials: we cannot guarantee the outcome of an individual inspection.
13. Intellectual property. All content on this site — texts, photographs, graphics, logos, artwork — belongs to Kano or to those who licensed it to us. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
14. Your conduct. You agree not to use the site unlawfully, not to interfere with its operation and not to attempt to access areas you are not authorised to use.
15. Our liability. We are liable for damage caused by our own fault under the law that applies. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury.
16. Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes fall to the courts of Cyprus. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings before the courts of that country. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
