What is in the Nobunaga collection?

For gi training, the Nobunaga BJJ gi in black, blue and white, in nine adult sizes. For no-gi, the Nobunaga rashguards in long sleeve and short sleeve, the Nobunaga shorts and the Nobunaga spats, all from XXS to XXL. And around training, the drawstring backpack, the microfibre towel and the skateboard deck with the Nobunaga artwork.

Can I wear the Nobunaga rashguard under the gi?

Yes. The rashguard is made with the multi-panel construction used across the Kano no-gi range, with panels shaped along the lines of the body so it stays in place and does not ride up under the jacket. The short-sleeve version is the usual choice under the gi; the long sleeve is the usual choice for no-gi.

How should the Nobunaga shorts fit?

The shorts have no velcro and are built to stay up on their own, so choose the size in which the waistband holds you firmly rather than the more comfortable one. They look slim on the leg but you do not feel them once you are moving. If you are between two sizes, take the smaller.

Why one collection for gi and no-gi?

Because most athletes train both in the same week. With Nobunaga the gi you wear on Monday and the rashguard-and-shorts set you wear on Wednesday belong to the same family, and the backpack that carries them does too.
